Here is a brief report from Rico of Hardcore Help. For more on their amazing efforts go to their website, it is well worth a read because they did a whole lot more than distribute LifeStraws.
The trip was incredible again. We set up a medical camp last Saturday in Nakuru, in a slum called Gioto. During the day we walked around the slum and spread some LifeStraws. It took quite a long time to handle a few, because its not that easy.
For the next time got to do make a flyer which is in Swahili (kenya language)
The day before on Friday we had a translator with us and went well. In the next weeks my friends there will spread all of them. Thinking about next time to spread those bigger LifeStraws which people can hang in their house. Families are quite big, so everybody could use it.
