LifeStraw in Cambodia
Unknown to much of the world, Cambodia suffered badly in the 2011 floods that also devastated Thailand.
LifeStraw Australia supplied LifeStraws to Project Lokun of Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. There, the team distributed LifeStraws to those badly affected by the flood waters, giving them the gift of fresh water.
This project was a typical example of small teams who, armed with charitable good will and LifeStraws and supported by LifeStraw Australia, are making a huge difference to the lives of those needing clean water to drink.
